The answer was yes, but the process came with many cavets and limitations. As most of the carbon burns away during cremation, making a diamond from ash usually requires a large portion of the ash, which is usually not possible for pets.

With his background in technology and engineering, Jason dug deeper and built something simple but better. Because pet hair naturally contains about 50% carbon, instead of letting the carbon burn away, we should extract carbon directly from the hair.

After many iterations and trials, we finally developed a process that extract pure amorphous carbon from pet hair. The carbon was then used to grow perfectly clear, colorless diamonds in a lab.

Today, we only need 6-grams of pet hair to create a 1 carat Furever Diamond. We gurantee that your diamond was always invididually grown, cut and polished. And the quality of the diamond can be certified by the International Gemological Institute (IGI).
