Step two

Carbon Extraction

Begin the Process

We begin extracting and purifying the carbon from your pet's fur. Under intense heat and pressure, the carbon becomes a diamond.

Growing Your Furever Diamond

Purifying your pet's hair

Your pet's hair is cleaned and then dried to remove moisture. To make the following process easier, we grid the dried hair into powder.

The purified hair powder is charred through pyrolysis—a high-heat process that isolates carbon, resulting in a material with 60 - 90% amorphous carbon.

Refining to 99.9% Carbon

Refining to 99.9% Carbon

We further purify the carbon at high temperatures, transforming it into a graphite structure with approximately 99.9% purity.

Diamond Growth

Diamond Growth

The purified graphite is placed in a growth chamber under 5 GPa pressure and 2500°F heat, where it crystallizes into a rough diamond over several weeks.

Step three

Polishing, Cutting, Engraving

Begin the Process

Once grown, your diamond is polished, cut to shape and size, and engraved with your custom message (if specified).

Step four

Certification and Control

Begin the Process

Your special diamond is sent to an IGI lab for quality control and certification. After that, an IGI certification is issued for the quality of the diamond with a unique serial number.

Step five

Jewelry or Memorial Item

Custom Jewelry or Memorial Item

We offer a range of custom jewelry and memorial items to honor your pet. You may choose to create a cutomized urn with your Furever Diamond engraved on it; or you may choose to create a keepsake or jewelry piece with your Furever Diamond embedded in it.

Shipping and Delivery

Begin the Process

Now it is the time to rejoice! We carefully package your Furever Diamond with a custom-made box and express ship it to you. You will receive a tracking number and be able to track your package until it arrives at your doorstep.
